For the sake of quality and professionalism, our team uses only original manufacturer parts as well as high quality oils, corresponding to the requirements of engine manufacturers.
Approved “Volvo Boat Dealer”, we have all the diagnostic equipment necessary to intervene efficiently and quickly on all types of engines (Volvo “VODIA” diagnostic case, Mercury diagnostic case, etc.). Our technicians are therefore able and trained to manage the most complex problems and operate with competence on all types of outboard / inboard engines (gasoline / diesel).
In addition, our mechanics have the skills required to work, among others, on generators such as Kholer, Onan, Fisher Panda, Mase… PORT D’HIVER YACHTING is also a service center for Opacmare hydraulic equipment and gangways, as well as that Torqeedo electric motors…
Our mechanic workshop has a wealth experience service to diagnose any type of problems in terms of:
– Maritime propulsion: Drive shaft, Stern drive : running gear, sealved valve, hose…
– Engine overhaul: anodes, greasing, flushing, filters, turbines…
– Cooling system: heat exchanger, manifold, aeration pump, thermostat…
– Laying of the engine: inboard or outboard
– Power supply: injectors, carburettor, fuel pump…
– Overall control: alignment, corrosion, driving belt, hose…
– Dashboard: Panel control (gas, reversers, power units…), Indicators (temperature, engine tachometer, gauge…), Switches, steering…
Wintering and Dewintering procedures
Our primary objective is to anticipate, from the fall, all the checks to be carried out on your unit so that, when summer arrives, you can calmly and quickly set out again at sea and not have your boat immobilized by a failure not managed upstream.
As soon as the boats arrive at the shipyard, our technicians take charge of them and carry out routine maintenance operations as defined in the specifications of the builders.
At the same time, we attach great importance to the complete verification of the boat upon arrival and departure to list anything that is not compliant, in complete transparency.
PORT D’HIVER YACHTING puts in place the necessary means so that each operation is handled with care: the qualification of our mechanics, strict monitoring of the manufacturers’ specifications, the use of original parts.
